RTMC : Function

Reapfield Training and Management Consultant (RTMC) is the recruitment and training arm of the Reapfield Group of Companies. Its purpose is to recruit REN (Real Estate Negotiators) into the various Reapfield companies and to train them in the basics of real estate practise.

We conduct a basic, REN course for our new recruits for a duration of 3 days. The topics covered are varied, and practical. They include modules such as Basic Calculations and Terms in Real Estate, Fundamentals of Real Estate, Developing Listing Skills and others. A Certificate of Attendance is awarded to those who achieve 90% attendance.

Besides this, RTMC does the evaluation of training needs and re-training of existing negotiators in the company. This may be in the form of talks or short courses conducted by in-house and external trainers. This is in keeping with its philosophy of building people up and guiding them through.
